Service Design for an Area: A Case Study

A talk by Sylvie Daumal

How to reinvent the customer experience in the car parks of a large business center? By redesigning all the touchpoints, from the website to the mobile app, from the signage system to the parking ticket, the project is remodelling the whole area, creating new landmarks and a new language to guide people along their way back and forth.

It’s not frequent for user experience designers to deal with such a subject, but it will probably be more often in the future, since the barrier between digital and physical worlds is blurring, if not disappearing… The presentation will detail all the steps of the project to help UX designers to address such issues in the future.
